Early Help Panel
Purpose
- Review individual cases, which are stuck” in the system and to consider cases which are difficult to allocate, for whatever reason, and to ensure clear next steps are identified.
- Review progress on a sample of cases and to reflect on the issues raised to develop ideas about how the system can be more preventative.
Roles and Responsibilities
- advise on the best way forward for a family (including the role their own profession or organisation could play)
- suggest different approaches and solutions
